We think that it’s important to maintain control over the service that we are providing, and for that reason, Nova manages all claims internally under the leadership of our Claims & Compliance Manager, Eugenia Martinez. Eugenia is a lawyer with over 27 years experience in Professional Indemnity claims management, both in private practice, and with large insurers and insurance brokers.
